About Voja Travel
We are Voja Travel, a fast-growing travel company that combines business growth with positive impact. The better we perform, the more we give back to our destinations and the local communities we partner with.
We collaborate with local partners across ten unique destinations, including Cape Verde, the Azores, Suriname, and Costa Rica. Together, we design journeys that offer extraordinary experiences for our travelers and meaningful benefits for local communities. Every trip creates local jobs, empowers local entrepreneurs, and supports sustainable development.
More than 80% of our clients rate us five stars, and many choose to travel with us again—not just for the unique journeys, but for the lasting connections we build. That’s also why we host exclusive events for our travel community.
About the Role
Flight Management: You take full ownership of booking and double-checking both international and domestic flights, ensuring all flight details and passenger data are 100% accurate.
Ferry Bookings: You arrange and verify ferry connections across various destinations, making sure schedules seamlessly align with the overall travel itinerary.
Transport & Logistics: You arrange rental cars and local transportation, ensuring all bookings align perfectly with our clients' travel itineraries.
Itinerary Management: You create, thoroughly review, and dispatch detailed travel itineraries to clients, keeping all data fully updated in our systems.
Cross-Team Collaboration: You work closely with both our Dutch team and our local team in Cape Verde, as well as colleagues in Sales and Operations, to align details, double-check reservations, and proactively anticipate potential bottlenecks so every trip runs flawlessly.
Problem Solving & Issue Handling: In the event of schedule changes, logistical challenges, or overbookings, you stay calm and act proactively. You handle unexpected situations and feedback professionally, swiftly implementing solutions to safeguard the client's travel experience.
Continuous Process Improvement: Together with the team, you translate traveler feedback and operational insights into workflow and process improvements, helping us refine our operations every single day.
